Title: PeopleSoft CRM HelpDesk Multichannel Chat Functionality Consultant Location: Golden, Colarado Duration: 3 Months Requirement Summary: PeopleSoft CRM Helpdesk Multichannel Chat Functionality Consultant. Skill Requirements: Start/End Date Estimated Hours 6/7/2010- 07/16/2010 240 8/9/2010 - 08/13/2010 40 High level background and Scope of Work: Client is currently live with CRM Helpdesk and CRM Self-Service Helpdesk release 9.0. Client is in the process of upgrading both of these applications to release 9.1. Our go-live date for this upgrade is 06/21/2010. Client has also licensed the CRM Multichannel Application. We would like to enable the Chat and ERMS functionality. The project will be separated into two consulting engagements, the first will start June 7, 2010 where the consultant will work with District staff to configure and test the functionality in a release 9.1 test environment. The second engagement will be for one week (Week of August 9th, 2010). This will be the week when the functionality will be migrated to the production environment. Tasks: . Assist with initial planning . Lead effort to gather business requirements . Conduct Fit/Gap sessions . Make recommendations on how to address Gaps . Lead Team in system configuration . Assist in training and testing phases . Conduct all necessary knowledge transfer with the Client team Outcome: . Up and live with Chat and ERMS by August 13th, 2010. All documentation and knowledge transfer is complete. Base Skill Sets: The candidate must have relevant PeopleSoft CRM Helpdesk 9.x/Multichannel Chat/ERMS functional experience. The candidate should also have a working knowledge of the technical requirements to enable this functionality.
