*Duration: 12-18 Months* *Rate: best all-inclusive Corp to Corp (depends on experience)* *We are currently looking for a Senior Level AS400 Admin in Rochester, NY.* Our client is designing a new I-series AS-400 network operation in order to handle an expanding work load of data feeds. The candidate will be responsible for working in a lab environment working with the Internet, intranet, other data communications systems additionally the candidate will work with the I-series (as400) to handle system processing efficiencies and create schedules that will accommodate all the operations necessary to capture and process the data feeds coming from the switches that ultimately become end customer phone bills. *Must Have:* *AS/400 Systems Administration 3 years minimum, CL or code language experience it is the language used to set up batch jobs in the AS400, Scheduling experience specifically knowing how to set up schedules for efficient processing of incoming data. * Candidates must have a background in *Configuration Management* as well as experience with configuration tools. They will use the tool in order to release new software updates as changes are made to the environment.
