Serve as technical lead on complex integration engagements Serve as an off-shore integration coordinator Able to design ETL solution to support business requirements Able to develop ETL solutions following leading practices Qualifications / Requirements: Must have experience with *design, development and deployment of IBM DataStage solutions for a large organization integrating multiple COTS Business applications and custom mainframe and AS/400 based applications*. Must have minimum of *5 years of IBM DataStage (7.x & 8.x) tool implementation experience*. Must be extensive *IBM DataStage 8.0 knowledge and experience*. Have the ability to understand business requirements and architect a solution which will support their constraints. Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
