Must have good comm, at least 9/10,HP Mercury Quality Center is a must,100% Manual Testing Test Case Creation, Test Planning,Defining Scope,Knowledge or Experience with ICD9 - ICD10 is a plus (Health Insurance Companies use ICD codes to categorize and label treatments/procedures for billing purposes) The industry is mandated to move from ICD9 10 Test Analysts . Must have good comm, at least 9/10. . Must have good problem - solving skills per the mgr. . HP Mercury Quality Center is a must . 100% Manual Testing . Test Case Creation . Test Planning . Will be hands on testing (Same as above) . Will be leading the 10 Testers Evaluate and test new or modified software products and validate documentation prior to release. . Prepare, design, and execute test plans and cases (of moderate to high complexity) based on customer and software requirements and technical understanding of product architecture to attain quality software both economically and efficiently, including both new and existing feature regression tests. . Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements. . Verify accuracy of test results and documents results. . Document defects in defect tracking system. . Perform re-tests to verify resolution of defects. . Reproduce, investigate, and debug software issues. . Develop and maintain project test deliverables in adherence to client-defined methodology. . Communicate updates to project team, project leads, supervisors, and managers as required. . Create and/or contribute to the development of System Test and Overall Test and Review plans. . Contribute to and/or review all project deliverables. . Perform and participate in peer, informal, and formal reviews of testing artifacts, requirements, specifications, and other project artifacts, as requested. . Interface with project stakeholders to ensure project quality and customer satisfaction. . Leverage existing knowledge of business application architecture in project work. . Identify and document plans for identifying the project's testing activities and approach. . 3 years of testing experience . Clear and concise verbal, written and interpersonal skills including the ability to work in teams. . Analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with initiative and accountability. .
