Develops, maintains, and ensures quality control of databases and may assist in development and implementation of measurement systems. - 0 - 2 years of experience. - DMO team requires a full time resource to work with the divisions, business units, and process teams for enterprise-wide production support of data as it relates material end-to-end life cycle processes. - The resource will work closely with the business support teams, process design teams, and subject matter experts/management to develop, implement, sustain, monitor, and improve master data processes and sustain data excellence. - Data analysis, maintenance, problem resolution pertaining to Integrated Supply Chain Planning, Material or Production master data. - Assignments to include project management, data entry, follow-up on data requests, and report metrics. *Key role accountabilities:* - Data management, governance, and creation of Material Master Data, which could also include BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, and Cost Collectors. - Provide analysis and integrated solutions to eliminate reoccurring data issues. - Creates, if needed, and maintains up-to-date and accurate “scripts’ and knowledge transfer for business processes & workflows within functional area. Streamlines business processes within functional area. - Review data inputting and processes to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness. - Contribute to data-related technology planning, design, and architecture. - Conduct and participate in business process design workshops. Document as-is and to-be work processes, integration issues, and change management requirements. - Operate across PepsiCo North America divisions and the other One Up teams to deliver the Business Process Transformation Enterprise Master Data vision. - Adheres to and ensures methodologies follow project standards and strategies. *Required qualifications:* ** - 1-2 years of SAP ECC experience. - Proven results in implementing master data process solutions in support of material, customer, vendor, financial, and other master data. - College degree in a rigorous discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Management). - Recent functional SAP experience in Production Planning (SAP PP)and Materials Management (SAP MM) modules with primary focus on maintenance of material master data and production master data. - Must be a strong team player with effective teamwork skills. - Project management experience (testing and installation)preferred. - Project management skills. - Microsoft Office skills.
