You offer the following:
Extensive background as a speech enabled Computer Supported
Telecommunications Applications (CSTA), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) developer.
Familiarity with Cisco UCCE (formally Cisco IPCC) and CVP is a strong plus.
Successfully implemented Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Voice
Recognition (VR), and Text to Speech (TTS) technology to facilitate
different Voice User Interfaces (VUI) for CSTA, CTI, and IVR applications
using AT&T Natural Voices, Loquendo, IBM WebSphere Voice Server, Microsoft
SAPI, Nuance, SpeechWorks and others.
Have been coding in Java and XML
Proven success in expanding and streamlining communications resources and
enhancing service offerings to customers and employees.
