Job Title: Sr. Reporting Analyst
Job Description:
5+ Web Intelligence and/or Desktop Intelligence Business Objects
Experience, Learning Management System (LMS) experience, and Oracle
reporting.
. Build Ad-hoc Business Objects reports
. Evaluate information gathered from multiple Subject Matter Experts
. Maintain established service levels
. Deconstruct high-level information into actionable requirements
. Identify user requests priorities
. Determine severity of report break
. Work with Enterprise Business Intelligence team to resolve reporting
issues
. Resolve reporting issues as they come up
. Schedule reports for varied business audiences and uses
. Ensure customer satisfaction with all internal customers by meeting
deadlines and regularly communications
. Design (with emphasis on business usability), reports extracting data from
multiple sources and systems.
Skills: -Superior communication and influencing skills
- Exceptional analytic, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills
. - Highly customer-driven
- Must have experience with Web Intelligence and Desktop Intelligence
Business Objects
- Preferred experience with Database design, Oracle, SQL, HTML, ASP, Web
Forms, Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word
- Understands basic Internet and client/server architectures
- Reporting dashboards and Web-based reporting tools - Strong planning,
organization, time management skills
- Experience and demonstrated success in data reporting role, ideally in a
education, consulting or technical assistance capacity
- Experience with Reporting Business Requirements documentation
- Document, analyze and present required information and data
