As per the Manager they need someone to come in and tell them what is
missing, what is needed, what needs to be changed, what else needs to be
done, will do road maps, they will do high level assessements but at the
same time be able to get down and do the dirty work. You must have excellent
communication skills, both oral and written, be able to influence sr.
management, have excellent negiotiation skills.
Architectural & Technical expertise (with working experience)
Migrate to Java/JEE with AJAX.
Estimate level of effort for migration of legacy application to SOA/Java.
Web Application Architectural Design with Layered Architecture in mind.
J2EE, Spring framework & Hibernate Persistence Framework.
Application integration, including use of XML.
Web Services Development using Java.
Design, develop and maintain an executable framework for software
application development and system architecture deployment.
Non Technical Skills
Identify best-fit technical solution and create and document technical
specifications.
Display effective, influential verbal & written communications during
interactions with operations, project management and fellow team members.
Develop specific strategies for company in successfully complete the
project.
Facilitation and documentation skills.
Evaluate architectural design options, evaluating impacts on integration,
inter-operability, scalability, flexibility and maintainability.
