They're looking for someone with REMEDY experience who will be responsible for supporting IT application systems to support their Business of IT clients. Applications supported by the IT Application Support team include the Remedy suite of IT Service Management (ITSM) applications. Qualified candidates would have experience with Business Analysis and Remedy software development and support.
