Position: *Siebel CRM Architect* Location: Reston, VA Duration : Long Term We need CRM expertise in the following areas, where the items below are the processes that need Architecting: Wireless Service Provider or Wireline, involved with Product Sales via a WEB Portal Must-Have WEB-Services / SOA Interfacing, i.e., using CRM capability to support an enterprise Web-Service BPM experience for Sales, Order, Activation/Deactivation, Back end process working knowledge; shipping, distribution, order-management-tracking Support systems help desk These items are integrated together in work-flows for CRM. If the candidate has not done this they can't really help. We are seeking a Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Analyst for our team in Reston, VA. This resource will play a part in the PMO organization on projects for a fortune 500 company. Requirements: • Synchronize and integrate Siebel Architecture with existing systems. • Experience implementing Siebel CRM package. • Gathering and assessing requirements. • Telecommunications background is a must. • Must have handled major Siebel CRM implementations. • Excellent communications skills. • May travel up to 30% • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
