One of our strategic client is looking for (2)resources to assist with the development of master data standards and the Create, Read, Update, Delete (CRUD)processes related to finishaed product (a.k.a. Product-as- Sold) master data. The organizational scope will include all divisions. The geographical scope for this engagement will be limited to the Americas (European and Asian Regions addressed in the future). The primary driver is to deliver enterprise data standards into the blueprint effort as part of the re-write of a major SAP system. Experience Requirements: • 2 years data modeling (logical/physical) with PRODUCT/MATERIAL • 2 years direct experience defining data standards and data processes around finished product • 3 years working with SAP, material set up, material processes, etc • 4 years experience on an Enterprise Master Data Management program / initiative (sample results will be requested) • 5 years project / program management in a complex business setting (e.g. autonomous divisions or business units) • 8 years business experience in a variety of business settings involving PRODUCT (emphasis on finished goods) (Including but not limited to, supply chain, contracting, pricing, product set up and recall, etc. Experience in both pharmaceuticals and medical devices preferred) • proven ability to facilitate discussions and deliver consensus from organizations that currently have limited interaction outside of their organization • proven ability to interact with clients and draw out data requirements (i.e. exceptional verbal and interactive communications skills) • proven ability to create starting documents (framework/templates) for presenting, discussing, obtaining data processes and standards • proven ability to document results (data standards, process requirements) in a flexible format (no master data management tools in place at this time) • proven ability to draft presentations in a concise, clean, professional format for executive management review Other Requirements: • willing to work flexible schedule which may involve 10-12 hour days on occasion • if out -of-state, may need to stay over a weekend up to 25% of engagement duration; local resources are preferred Please send qualified consultants with resume,contact nos.,email id,current location & rates.
