Position: Automated QA Tester
Location : Irving, TX
Duration : 3+ months
Urgent contract opening - please only send consultants who meet ALL of the

1. Must live in Dallas - Fort Worth area
2. Must have a verifiable Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from a US
school
3. Must be able to interview this week and start on Monday!
4. Must be able to pass a credit check
Required Skills:
** 3 years SQL experience - you will be tested on your SQL knowledge
** Automated testing experience (writing, running, or preferably recording
scripts) using Visual Studio 2010, Team Foundation Server, and/or Test
Manager.
** 3 years experience in an Oracle environment
** 2 years Unix experience
** Excellent problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
** PL/SQL development skills
** Experience with Unix scripting
** Experience with disciplined SDLC methodologies
Job Description:
Will be doing manual and automated testing of individual program
enhancements, providing feedback and statuses, and managing timelines. You
must have excellent analytical and communication skills as well as a
fundamental understanding of business processes and technical concepts.
** Collaborate with QA Team members to analyze specifications and provide
testing strategies and solutions
** Compose test scripts
** Track and document test results
** Support User Acceptance Testing efforts
** Interface with Business System Analysts, Developers, Management and
Customers
** Adhere to timelines
** Escalate issues when appropriate
