Job Description : Client is in the process of kicking off a project for Gift Card and Prepaid Card Position Purpose: The Business Systems Analyst's role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of new business application which required a strong knowledge in card processing. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business case, project management, and systems requirements. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem- solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments. Principal Accountabilities: Strategy & Planning Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to solidify business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues. Lead design sessions on the new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow. Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure- taking actions. Deployment Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new application, and enhancements of the new applications. Plan the project using Microsoft Plan and keep the plan update and inform the stakeholders of any changes or issues. Operational Management Prepare and deliver reports, or alternatives that address potential trouble areas with the system across the organization. Create system design proposal if needed. Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems. Create specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers. Coordinate application tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support. Provide orientation and work with training assist in end users for all modified and new systems. Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.
