Role: Java Developer with Call Center Exp.

Location: King Of Prussia, PA

 

 

This my hottest position. Multiple openings . They must have awesome
communication skills, be local. Spring is just a plus. Call-center
experience is a plus. VERY VERY STRONG IN THE BACK-END. THEY DON"T WANT JSP
experts. BACK END!!!!!!!!! 

 

Oracle and SQL- Also make sure they can explain their projects and i can
understnad them b/c I will screen them. If you are sending this out to other
parties please make sure the candidate is available and can start within 2
weeks. h1 is OKAY 

CSS is Customer Service. It is the call center development groupt that uses
CRM. CRM is not requiqred adn this is more of a back-end position. The job
desription isn't accurate at all. It's HR...

*       Work with the technology project teams to guide the design of new
applications to support GSI business needs. 
*       Create and present solution alternatives. 
*       Create architecture plans and design documents. 
*       Develop and enhance CSS application code based on project
documentation including written requirements, flow diagrams, UI design and
data designs. 
*       Participate in requirements definition. 
*       Assist in the estimation of work for the CSS projects by defining
task breakdown, project duration and concurrent effort. 
*       Assist in production escalation and problem resolution. 
*       Function independently with project assignments and with minimal
supervision. 
*       Exhibit a process-oriented mindset. 

 

 

Qualifications:

*        7 + years demonstrated development experience with Java, J2EE, JSP,
JavaScript, and HTML 
*       2+ years of experience with Call Center-specific application. 
*       Knowledge of SQL commands and experience with PL/SQL is required 
*       Experience with and in-depth understanding of OO concepts. 
*       Prior experience in CRM software application development,
specifically with Epiphany 6.x Sales and Service module is desired. 
*       Knowledge and experience with Windows environment. 
*       Prior experience with and understanding of messaging services like
MQ & JMS is desired. 
*       Experience developing in Perl is a plus. 
*       Experience in collaborative teams using revision control systems
such as CVS. 
*       Strong attention to detail, good communications skills, and a
positive attitude. 
*       Demonstrable experience managing dynamic projects on tight
schedules. 
*       Ability to be self motivated and deliver projects on time with
minimal supervision. 
*       Advanced Java development experience is desired.
