Description/ Required Experience: Duties: 1.Analyze gaps in QM and change/configure QM in response to gaps found 2. Analyze transaction data in WMS and SAP, draw conclusions on problems found in data, create new or improved processes, and configure/customize SAP based on outcome 3.Draft documents (SOPs, process docs) 4. Train users and others in systems and docs 5. Review and work with Security team to modify security to close gaps 6. Other duties (systems, documentation, presentations, training execution) as needed QM consultant should have at least 5 years in focused QM experience.
