Job Overview:
The Center for Investment Excellence team is looking for a passionate,
intelligent Back-end developer to join their dynamic team. This is a great
opportunity to be on the ground floor for an exciting new portal being built
for the entire Advisor community.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The developer will be expected to participate in all phases of the
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Work closely with a small team of front-end and back-end
developers
-Ability to work under tight deadlines
-Ability to create highly scalable SOAP and REST-based web
services
Skill, Experience & General information Required:
Strong background in object oriented programming, design patterns, and
enterprise architecture
-Advanced CORE Java experience
-Experience using Spring and Hibernate
-Relational database design and development experience with
focus on Sybase
-XML, XML parsing/processing, JAXB, JAX-RS, JAX-WS, WS
Security
Pluses:
-Caching Experience
-MQ Experience
-Apache CXF Framework
-Tomcat
-Unix/Linux experience
-Social Network experience
