Provides technical guidance, assistance and training to other members of the technical staff. Performs code reviews if appropriate. " Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to adapt to changing needs of the business. " Experience with Oracle Workflows, Reporting and Extensions. OAF experience a plus. " Prior experience with SOA a must. Proven ability to code integrations and debug in SOA. " Experience with standards for SOX compliance and SDLC methodology. " Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels within an organization. " Excellent problem solving, technical and analytical skills.
