Details: Client seeking a technical / functional PeopleSoft expert that can help with technical direction and with influencing business direction specifically in the area of Talent MgtN with specific knowledge of Skills MgtM. The person should be an expert in the Competency Mgt V8.9 module of PeopleSoft and an expert in Profile Manager V9.1 of PeopleSoft. The resource needs to be a senior level consultant. We are not just looking for a position but probably someone from the “Solutions” side of their business. Information from the manager: Tech 60% vs Funct 40% Really needs to understand the 2 modules (Competency Mgt V8.9 module of PeopleSoft and an expert in Profile Manager V9.1 of PeopleSoft) They are looking to setup a working prototype for 9.1; they need a consultant that can technically help create the working prototype but also be able to suggest ideas. Phone interviews will be conducted with an IT Architect and a Business stake holder. Additional instructions: Skill set: Expert level knowledge and experience with implementing Competency Management (and associated tables) in HRMS 8.9 and 9.1.
