The Senior Consultant will work under minimal supervision and will be required to exhibit leadership ability and mentorship to team members. *Deliverables:* Sales Assessment and On Site Field Implementation Support for Existing Products Competitive Analysis Product Roadmap Product Engineering - Business Phone, IP Trunking (PRI and SIP), Hosted PBX Product Launch and On Site Field Implementation Support for Advance Products Sales Organization Assessment and Territory Alignment Review of existing Compensation Plans Business Process Design Training – Development Training – Delivery Sales Rep Support Sales Management Support Process Competitive Analysis Product Roadmap Product Engineering - Business Phone, IP Trunking (PRI and SIP), Hosted PBX Product Launch & On Site Field Implementation Support for Advance Business Services *Acceptance Criteria:* 5 plus years of sales and business analysis experience within a telecommunications “Business Services” environment: wireless, wireline or cable sector. 5 plus years experience participating in cross-functional large scale operational projects, operational processes and/or sales organization assessments. 5 plus years Telecommunications industry experience with working knowledge of voice, data and CPE products (Current or previous experience in selling Business Video, Voice, Data Services, PR1s, T1s, Hosted PBX, SIP Tunking) Excellent technical and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment Exceptional communication skills, must be a self started and able to learn quickly Must have a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information technology or related fields preferred.
