*Required Skills: *
· Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience focused on
PeopleSoft application design, development, documentation, testing, and
implementation in full life-cycle projects
· Minimum 5 years of PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9, Application Designer,
PeopleCode, Component Interface, Application Engine, SQR’s, Integration
Broker, SQL, Security, and PS/Query
· Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills,
demonstrate a customer centric focus, and the ability to work independently
· Must be highly organized
· Ability to apply analytical thinking to solve business problems
using technology
*Desired Skills: *
· Implementation/upgrade of PeopleSoft HRMS in an 8.9 environment
· Experience with PeopleSoft Workflow
· Experience with Time & Labor, Recruiting and eApps
The candidate will be primarily responsible for providing Software
Operations Support. This will include, but is not limited to the following
tasks:
· Provide user assistance and problem resolution services for
applications based on an agreed timeframe. User assistance will include
either (a) advising the user that the application is operating properly
based on analysis performed, or (b) if it is not operating as properly,
conducting appropriate problem resolution.
· Perform application development, unit testing, regression testing,
integration testing (when applicable) documentation and change management
for all change made in support of the applications.
· Respond to user inquiries and small requests.
Periodically review and determine priority and schedule of problems
and small requests.
*Description:** *
The Senior PeopleSoft Developer is a senior-level developer in the technical
delivery and support of the PeopleSoft Human Resources (Recruiting, Human
Resources, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits and eApps) modules. The
candidate must possess advanced experience working at least two modules in
PeopleSoft HRMS Version 8.9 and above. The candidate must possess advanced
ability to create technical documentation: ability to develop technical
system designs, develop technical program specifications, and develop
technical testing requirements.
· Refine and decompose requirements to the level of detail required
to initiate coding
· Review and accept software and interface design and requirements
· Implement code as specified in the design and ensures the
implemented software fully satisfies functional and technical requirements
· Develop technical system design documents and communicate
requirements to application development team members
· Participate in technical design reviews
· Assist with technical planning, analysis, development, and testing
activities during PeopleSoft upgrades and provide tools, standards,
templates, and methodology
