Managers (Business Users).
*40% effort for Support:*

· Strong Object Oriented skills Java is a must.
· Strong Sybase skills.
· Involves answering to Risk Managers on providing answers and
numbers to various requests such as verifying Margin data among other
queries.
· Working with business users to process requests from clients.
· Remaining effort for Development.
· Financial Services experience is a must.
· Good understanding of financial instruments.
· Especially in Risk Management, past experience in Margining is
highly desired.
· Long term role very important to client, the client doesn’t want
to invest time in someone for short term
· The learning curve on this role is steep so we want someone who
has experience in Risk before.
