Hello! I still have a Salesforce position in Irvine, CA. We had a couple
interviews and confirmed that the candidates MUST HAVE THE specific Content
Management component that comes from Salesforce itself for this
implementation versus experience with CMSForce - which is a Content Mgmt
application that integrates with Salesforce - it's not the out of the box
Content that they are looking for.

All the work done out of box, not development focused, but do need high
level administrator skill set 

Sales force content management and workflow required...will be bringing out
the requirements from business user (marketing group) as they will also
function as the BSA on the team.  Will be moving the data from sharepoint
into the content management and work flow module of salesforce which is
currently not being utilized at all. 

Key areas of responsibility include:

*       Closely interacting with IT, business users and upper management to
define Content and Request tracking processes 
*       Translating user requests into workable requirements, document
specifications and test cases 
*       Creating training materials and providing training to users 
*       Implementing and configuring Content, including: 

*       Setup and configuration of Content 
*       Customization of fields/data to support specific needs 
*       Creation of workflow/approval processes to support requests and
tracking of content 
*       Establishing security related to Content and Request Tracking 

*       Implementing and configuring defined business requests, including: 

*       Creation of custom fields/data specific to person/account model 
*       Creation of validation rules and formulas 
*       Creation of custom reports and dashboards 

*       saleforce Administration certification desired, but not required 

Key soft skills required include:

*       Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to adapt
communication style and message based on audiences and subject matter 
*       Comfortable interacting with high profile individuals 
*       Positive 'can do' attitude; proactive thinker; self motivated;
independent worker 
*       Strong analysis and problem solving skills; given high level
requirements/direction - able to identify impacts, risks and solution
options
