The candidate will be involved in development and technical analysis tasks primarily utilizing Sybase and SQL. Responsibility: * Function as one of the main developers on the implementation of various IBD IT initiatives. * Provide technical design and development on new projects to support new business initiatives and strategies. * Produce technical specifications for new functionalities and enhancements requirements. * Provide lights-on support to existing applications and provide fixes. * Perform data analysis for key applications and data flow. Required Work Experience * 7+ years of total software development experience in IT industry. * Minimum of 2 years of experiences as a senior developer/tech lead working on Sybase or SQL Server based applications. * Experience in writing detailed technical design specification. * Proven track record in delivering application solutions. * Experience with performance tuning, trouble shooting, and database development(complex stored procedures and triggers). * Experience with UNIX/Sybase/SQL Server data feed development.
