Responsibilities include: • Manage working relationships and coordinate with other Investment Banking IT groups, other architecture groups, infrastructure and the COO. • Responsible for the coordination, analysis and oversight of multiple projects. • Manage and maintain the SharePoint site for this group. • Help design new web portals and services, understanding the business needs for navigation and performance of web sites. • Project coordination, including managing any plans/schedules arising • Interfaces with other groups where needed. • Ensure consistent and focused communications on architecture. • Analyze development processes to advance the design strategy. • Assist with project control and governance. *Qualifications*: • 5+ years of work experience within a technology organization in financial services (investment banking is preferred). • Expert user of SharePoint to help manage and maintain the site for this group. • Hands on experience with web services and basic web skills to understand navigation and performance of sites. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Excellent MS Office skills. • Project management experience to help gather and coordinate work on various projects. • Excellent oral and written communications and presentations skills. • Ability to work independently. • B.S. preferably in Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics or Mathematics. • Business management and/or IT project resource planning experience a plus. • Project management experience a plus.
