The candidate will be part of team in the development efforts to develop and populate the metadata repository. *Skill Sets**: (Required Qualifications):* - 5+ years in consulting or information system development. - 2+ years of UNIX exp - 2+years of Abinitio Experience. - Solid understanding of information systems, supporting tools, software development process, application and development lifecycles and project management methodology. - Is accountable with full ownership and accountability to drive issues through to resolution . - Strong Business perspective. - Ability to understand business data drivers and propose solutions to meet the business need. - Comes forward with ideas for solutions, and proposals on how to solve the problems. Excellent interpersonal, client and written & verbal communication skills. - Builds good working relationships with clients, peers, staff, etc. Ability to work with diverse groups across locations. - Ability to get things done through others. - Ability to influence others and bring diverse groups to consensus. - Builds trust. Strong Abinitio GDE skills mandatory. Design and development of the EME metadata repository for the population of the metadata Promote, educate and consult on Enterprise Metadata Management strategies and best practices. Establish strong partnerships with Business, Application and Technical architects and team members advocating the Metadata Management principles. Actively contribute to the development of Enterprise Metadata Management processes, guidelines and standards, as required, and disseminates to technology and application teams.
