Job description Skills :
Core Skills
• outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• experience creating business requirement documents
• experience collecting requirements from multiple stakeholders and
distilling comprehensive BRD and functional spec
• knowledge of and experience in the financial services industry
• Experience coordinating project amongst many disparate stakeholders
(light project management)
• MS Office, Visio, Project required
• Blueprint and/or iRise preferred
• Excellent knowledge of financial instruments and markets; Series 7
preferred
Ideal candidate will have specific skills from both sets, but we’ll
also talk to candidates focused in one area:
Specific Skills – Set 1
• Web-based applications
• CRM systems
• Broker/advisor tools
• Vendor evaluation
• Build/buy analyses
Specific Skills – Set 2
• experience with performance reporting and presentation
• exposure to performance reporting tools (Advent, Albridge, Schwab
PortfolioCenter, Black Diamond, Investment Scorecard)
• knowledge of managed accounts
• experience with wealth management or asset management applications
• experience with deliverables targeting high-net worth clientele
• User experience and screen design will be needed to create an
intuitive user interface (work in conjunction with UX team)
