*Keys to the Job***
*1. Strong Analyst that is self sufficient - this person needs to have
experience directing the work of the testing team and the developers - they
will not be managing resources but rather projects. *
*2. Must have experience working in Financial Services on Web Based
Application - An Extranet would be ideal. The web environment consists of
Java and Oracle.*
*3. Needs to have strong Documentation and SQL skills*

*Minimum Requirement:*
Minimum of 10 years of Systems Analysis (or related) experience writing
requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and test plans
· Five years track record
in project management for medium to large initiatives
Five years experience working on Client facing web based portals
· Understanding of the
Investment Management business process, with technology experience in front,
middle or back office
· Strong client
relationship, communication and analytical skills
Strong application and process management expertise and experience using
Agile methodology
· Ability to manage
multiple priorities effectively
· Understanding of
relational databases and strong Oracle SQL skills
· Ability to review
application logs to troubleshoot and reverse engineer issues
· Bachelors Degree in
Business, Computer Science, MIS or a related discipline
· Experience with web based
technologies such as JPS, HTML, and WEB 2.0 technologies is a strong plus
