Job Description: The Application Developer for Bally Total Fitness: • Determines and documents system requirements • Develops specifications for new systems and system changes using creative skills and abilities • Develops code, tests, debugs and installs applications • Coordinates the efforts of various groups required to complete project tasks • Recommends and develops procedural changes required for project implementation • Reviews and approves technical and operational work products • Ensures compliance to departmental standards • Leads and directs other developers • Performs all other duties as assigned *Skills* • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required (concentration in business or technology preferred) • Experience with BizTalk is strongly preferred • Minimum of three years of applicable application development experience • Minimum of three years ASP/ASP.NET • Minimum of three years of C# and .NET experience • Minimum two years XML experience • Minimum of one year of MS-SQL administration • In depth knowledge of the .NET framework and Libraries for .NET 3.5 and 2.0 • Ability to work under tight time constraints with changing requirements • Excellent organizational and analytical skills • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the department • Experience with Oracle, SharePoint, Performance Point, and Team Foundation helpful but not required *Thanks & Regards* * * *Easwar.
