PBX server administration including VoIP or AVAYA management a plus






 Technical / operational level understanding of carrier service offerings
(3G, etc) required.







Mastery Level (3+ years) experience MS Office Suite, MS Project and MS Visio







Experience leading an Enterprise IP Telephony or VoIP deployment initiative
a plus.Experience should include system engineering, planning,
administration & operational support for a large company using the Cisco
Call Manager or equivalent solution.






 Experience with Call Account and reporting, Call Vectoring, Call Center
experience using Cisco IP telephony also a plus.

*General description:*

   -

   Performs cellular services vendor relationship management, Contract
   negotiations/settlement, Establishes operational framework for cellular
   services.
   -

   Provides support for in-building repeater solutions, new technology, etc,
   Lead on resolving billing discrepancies, Performs rate optimization
   analysis, verification and compliance reporting, Leads invoice audits,
   receipt to approval, approval to pay and audits to verify terms of contract
   are being met (rate plan, equipment, etc…).
   -

   Provides monthly KPI reports, Invoice audit and resolution reports,
   Tracking of usage, Leads operational interface to Cellular carrier, managing
   trouble ticket database, ensuring timely ticket closures, and generation of
   problem report.
   -

   Work with internal leads to conduct user Usage Audits, Complete Device
   Validity Audits, Participate in / lead weekly calls with Vendors to discuss
   open items or issues, Complete (as necessary), Level-4 support for Move,
   Add, Change, Delete Devices/Services per account, Support AOP's with issues
   in Premier.
   -

   Provides input into annual operating and capital budgeting activities.

*Work experience requirements:*


   - Candidate should have 3-5 years experience maintaining a large
   Enterprise (2000+ user) Cellular Service account creating & maintaining
   processes for procurement, billing, cost management, contract development /
   management and reporting.
   - CCIE level required
   - Experience with ATT / Verizon MACD system, Cellular Administration,
   Invoicing dispute process and hands on experience ordering / administering a
   cell phone supply / asset management system.
   - PBX server administration including VoIP or AVAYA management a plus.
   Technical / operational level understanding of carrier service offerings
   (3G, etc) required.
   - Mastery Level (3+ years) experience MS Office Suite, MS Project and MS
   Visio with expert proficiency with written, verbal and presentation
   communications skills.
   - Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem solving and root-cause analysis
   skills.
   - Must be a team player with solid interpersonal skills and willingness
   to learn and practice Toyota Way development / business skills.
   - Experience leading an Enterprise IP Telephony or VoIP deployment
   initiative a plus.  Experience should include system engineering, planning,
   administration & operational support for a large company using the Cisco
   Call Manager or equivalent solution.
   - Experience with Call Account and reporting, Call Vectoring, Call Center
   experience using Cisco IP telephony also a plus.
   - High level in job family, operating under minimum supervision.
