SAP CRM Functional Design Duration: 1 year
Location: Monterey Park, CA Rate: Open Application Development/Maintenance/Database SAP Process Designer Tier 3 · Experience with CRM 2005 and 7.0 required, expert on CRM landscapes and related architecture required, - Extensive experience with Opportunity, Campaign and Lead Mgt a must • Five years of progressive experience in SAP CRM functional design roles with experience in full lifecycle SAP enterprise implementations • Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 a plus, BW and Portal/MDM a plus - Experience with Customer Facing (web) functionality a plus - Experience with Functional Security required - Experience with Workflow required SAP Process Designers have in depth knowledge on configuring SAP modules and/or functional areas to solve business problems. They work directly with the business clients to document and define their business processes and business rules. The rules and processes are added to SAP through configuration and/or addition/changes to master data. The main challenge to process designers is to assess overall business objectives within one or more process groups and design business processes in such a way that they may be effectively modeled and configured within the SAP environment. Process Designers must also apply broad knowledge of various technical functions to accurately anticipate organizational impacts. In addition, they must understand the procedures and expected system performance associated with the introduction of new information technologies, while seeking ways to collaborate with IT members to facilitate transitions. . Strong functional CRM process knowledge, configuration knowledge and experience a must. Additional working knowledge and training in SAP BW, Basis and Security required. • Undergraduate degree in information systems, computer science, business, or equivalent work experience and technical training is required • Five years of progressive experience in SAP CRM functional design roles with experience in full lifecycle SAP enterprise implementations Excellent teaming and interpersonal skills a must. Excellent personal computer skills, MS Word, Excel, MS Projects, etc. Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and writing skills.
