LOCATION: AUSTIN, TEXAS DURATION: 12 Month Consultant has to meet the minimum requirement The essential job requirements for the Workers are: Provide technical assistance to computer system users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Provide service and preventive maintenance activities on servers/routers, as well as updates and patches to various applications. Take calls and or respond to trouble tickets regarding network, telephony and call recording issues. Make appropriate use of reference publications and diagnostic aids in resolving technical problems. * * Work hours: Shifts are staggered between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Worker must have flexibility to work these hours. *Minimum Requirements:* * * Years Skills/Experience 3 Experience learning new software applications with ease. 3 Experience and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for diagnosing hardware issues 3 Experience relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of assigned duties. 3 Experience taking direction and working in a team environment * * * Preferences:* * * Years Skills/Experience Degree or Equivalent Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in computer science, management information systems or a related field is required. Related work experience may substitute for education requirement on a year for year basis. 1 Experience installing and maintaining operating systems, software, and applications.
