Migration Project Manager Role Description § Documentum experience § Data Migration Experience – unstructured content (experience migrating content into a Documentum environment is a major plus) § Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal § Work with the business in understanding the functionality guiding principles. § Work with the program lead to estimate and plan migration activities, and incorporate them on the overall TMF project schedule § Planning and direction of TMF migration-related activities in coordination with the overall TMF Project and other migration program (VIPER) § Migration analysis activity (e.g., workshops, detailed mapping activity, issue resolution, Change Management, etc.). § Agree the scope with client, and complete the requirements document for the migration. § Work with the Project Lead (who will be responsible for carry on the migration activities) for the design phase.
