Title: Software Application Developer/Analyst III Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 5+ Months Contract Job Description: Under direct supervision, assists in the analysis, design, programming, and modification of computer programs for software products and/or customer applications. Writes code and completes programming, testing, and debugging of applications. Finalizes forms, procedures, and documentation needed for installation and maintenance of application programs. May interface with marketing and users to add new or custom features to company products. Typically requires a technical degree in Computer Science or related discipline. 4 - 6 years of experience. High Level Job Description as Requested: Baseline Developer will help support existing .NET / C# applications as well plan, develop, test and deploy new applications for the Data Quality Baseline team.
The main responsibilities for this position are: * Work with the numerous teams to enable technical implementation of design requirements. * Create ASP.NET web apps and standardized web app architecture using C#. * Work with SSIS and .NET to enable a more streamlined approach towards Excel document builds. * Experience configuring and designing applications using SharePoint. * Design reporting workflow solutions that fit within the automated workflow processes already in place. * Understand the scope of the systems and tables being converted and complex conversion logic. * Write SQL code to build to support Web Applications built with ASP.NET and C#. * Assist in the development and maintenance of VB.NET Workflow tool. * Provide technical and functional support to all Data Team members, Process Team Points of Contact. * Proactively suggest best practices or more effective ways to complete technical build of deliverables. * Assist Data Quality Lead with status tracking and monitor the submission / completion of Baseline Work Intake. * Submit weekly status reports following weekly status report process and Inform Lead of issues and risk that will prohibit the completion of tasks/deliverables. Required: .NET ASP.NET C# SQL Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience.
