1. I have a new java web service developer opportunity for a 5+ month contract located in Mason, OH. The consultant must be able to attend a F2F interview and a local candidate would be ideal. The details of the position are below. Java web services experience with XML and SOAP is the main priority. A close second is the ability to connect to DB2 and SQL Server databases and writing stored procedures. Create Java Web services using SOAP and XML to access DB2 and MS-SQL. Web services will reside on Linux. Must be able to create, and debug stored procedures in DB2. Web services will be high volume usage: 200,000+ calls per day. Ability to create stored procedures in MS-SQL is a plus. 2.
