Position 1::: We need to simplify our Payroll collection and comp calculations so we need a functional Payroll person with: * Psoft experience * ADP systems experience (preferred) * Payroll and compensation experience. Position 2::: We need to extend and or create new benefit plans and convert them to the ADP system so we need a functional Benefits person with: * Benefit plans, creating, negotiating with carriers experience * Psoft Ben Admin experience * ADP system experience (preferred) Position 3::: We need a project manager to oversee the migration of systems from Psoft to ADP. Issues are * Tight time frame * Low experience on the functional side * New plans and comp rules are being created.
