*E-Commerce BPT QTP Tester - Plano - TX . Immediate Joining is must . 05 Positions are open. * *10 Months * *1. **5-10 years of e-Commerce/web application testing experience.* 2. 5+ years of in-depth experience in executing system and end-to-end testing for manual and/or *automated QTP functional* test cases, as well as non-functional. 3. 5+ years of working with HP Quality Center and *HP Business Process Testing (BPT) testing* tools. Able to run automated HP QTP test scripts, when needed. 4. . Good written and oral communication with I.T. and business client groups 5. . Highly motivated with the ability to quickly learn new technologies 6. . Ability to work with technical leaders in constructing a plan utilizing their insight and experience in defining tasks and scheduling 7. Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail 8. . Self-starter 9. 5+ years of experience testing enterprise class web applications built using *JAVA/J2EE and the *Oracle Database is preferred. 10. Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems preferred; and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. *11. **Act as a Manual Tester and/or run automated [QTP] test scripts for a large scale e-Commerce re-platforming project.* 12. Prepare for test execution of test sets/cases. 13. Develop and provide estimates for all relevant test activities 14. Provide input into a detailed Master Test Plan and ensure its successful implementation, including the resulting test design and test cases. 15. Coordinate with Developers, BAs, Business Partners, Systems Integrator, and the Application Testing Center (ATC) during the Project life cycle. 16. Gather and confirm test data. Populate Test Data grid. Set up test data. 17. Use HP Quality Center to execute manual and automated tests, report defects, and escalate any issues to the System Engineering/ATC teams. 18. Resolve and address Test Environment related issues (Hardware and Software) and Test Data requirements. 19. Effectively partner with all Engineering Services Teams during the course of project. 20. Effectively communicate with team members and business users. 21. Generate test logs, and document & verify test results.
