One of our clients has an urgent need for a Lead SharePoint Developer who has experience with MOSS 2007 and SQL Server. They also need to have some lead experience. There will be 2 phone interviews and the client will move quickly. This resource will work with internal customers to develop needs, design, and develop MOSS 2007 applications for researchers and scientists. There are BAs on site to help with requirements gathering and much of the development will be done off-shore resources. Our candidate needs to be able to guide small teams of off-shore resources and be strong hands on with MOSS 2007. They will be responsible for heavy design and development of new tools as well as making changes to existing tools. This is an extremely busy environment.
