Role: Lead QA Tester
Location: Mason, OH

Project Description
Responsible for providing leadership in the design/development of product
testing/quality processes and in developing testing architecture equal to
that of commercial quality software.
Communicates the return on investment and value derived from establishing
automation platforms and mentors staff in testing and product quality
processes. Leads the establishment of quality architecture as business and
technical conditions change to assure quality and defines, monitors and
collects testing/product quality data. Communicates to executives the
resource and process needs to ensure quality in functional features,
performance and service requirements/components. Establishes new and
improved testing methods to improve overall quality processes and delivery
of quality products. Ensures a team review of defects in assessing product
quality and a facilitated review of applications for testing needs and
requirements/design quality. Consults to executives and business leaders
regarding testing and quality. May participate in the transition of software
and systems into production. Plans, prepares and executes test assets and
executes linkage from test plan to test scenarios and cases.
Skills
. Requires BA/BS in Computer Science or Information Systems
. 9 years of testing/product quality experience and a quality certification
within one year of job placement and prior to moving to the next job level;
or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an
equivalent background.
. Requires an understanding of organizational impacts and trade-offs of
quality processes.
. Analytical, communication and planning skills required.
Role: VB .Net consultant with MS SQL Sever exp
Location: Worthington, OH
Duration: 6 Months
Bill Rate: $40/HR
Skills
. Experience in developing enterprise class applications that can support
1,000+ concurrent users
. Well versed in VB .Net
. Well versed in MS SQL Sever
--Understanding of first, second, and third norms
-- Understanding table and query optimizations
. Able to perform local data manipulations on a single query result set
rather than calling multiple queries
. Understanding concepts of fluid interface/interaction design
. Understands the benefits of object oriented programming
. Ability to link and utilize other MS technologies (Outlook, Excel, Word)
. Ability to create custom graphical environments with non standard objects
. Requires an AA, BA/BS degree or technical institute training;
. 3+ years experience on one platform, multi database, multi language or
multi business application, or any combination of education and experience,
which would provide an equivalent background.
. Incumbent should also have the ability to mentor others, lead small
projects and provide troubleshooting support.
Role: Java/J2EE developers
Location: Memphis, TN
Duration: 6 month contract
Rate: $40/HR
This is for a backfill of our contractor who is leaving early and the
manager would like for this person to train the new contractor, so it is
urgent. Client is not interviewing, we will have one of our consultants
conduct a technical screening.
