- Quantitative analysis of operational processes to improve *business
performance (Efficiency, Effectiveness)*
- Act as *liaison for PMO and Financials in *CVCM IT with internal and
external organizations on operations reviews and status on operational
activities
- Collect Data and manage meetings in support of organization planning,
stakeholder management and strategic direction
- Participate and contribute to the development and management of
PMO *operating
metrics*
- Manage development and deployment of internal and *external
communications*
- Participate in *process improvement* of operational functions
- Coordinate *responses* to requests for information
- Assist in the *facilitation and coordination* of meetings with key
stakeholders, peer organizations, and annual events like PMO Updates,
training, etc.
- Coordinate and manage *organization’s change management* activities
- Sustain and improve the *team culture* to include fun, open debate,
giving and awareness
- Support *Collaboration Tools *used by PMO:
- WebEx Connect, Metrics Database, Wikis
- Deliver PMO *website/blog* metrics on usage, number of unique users,
number of clicks to data/presentation, etc.
