12+ months Near Union Square, Manhattan,NY BizTalk Developer Required Skills/Experience (Skills that the successful candidate(s) must have) Integration Lead (BizTalk) Qualifications CLIENT seeks a highly motivated senior software developer with extensive knowledge of BizTalk Server. As the development team lead, the candidate performs development on new and very complex applications, and has the opportunity to lead and mentor junior developers. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years experience in BizTalk, and should have worked in team environments on multiple systems that have moved to production. Application development experience with the following: Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 and later VB.NET or C# Microsoft .NET Framework Visual Studio (2003, 2005 or 2008) Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle Database (desired, but not required) Understanding of the following: Application debugging Application performance analysis Source control usage and concepts XML, XSD, schema development, XPath Data translation concepts (desired, but not required) Previous experience as a senior developer (desired, but not required) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills, including time management Ability to take direction and work in a structured environment BS in Computer Science or equivalent Responsibilities Lead a team of developers. Perform BizTalk development. Perform database development using SQL Server and/or Oracle Database. Participate in architectural review sessions to learn new system architectures.
