Experience delivering consulting projects and producing consulting deliverables d. Experience creating and maintaining detailed Microsoft Project Plans e. Experience delivering projects for a local or state government 2) Certifications: a. Minimum 3-5 years PM experience, PMP preferred b. Experience in IT process development, ITIL certification a plus 3) Additional Requirements: a.
