Title: Siebel Call Center Consultant Location- Chicago IL Duration-4 + months TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: Responsible for configuring objects to support requested Business Functionality according to development standards. Responsible for creating all required Solution Delivery Methodology (SDM) documentation Including: requirements documentation; unit test cases; code and construction documents; code walkthrough documentation; load and performance testing; and user acceptance testing. Responsible for resolution of application defects. Maintaining and expanding current functionality. Application Release Planning. Requirements gathering/discovery. Participate in Testing Teams for unit testing, system testing, and load and performance testing. SKILLS REQUIRED * Experience with implementing full system development life cycle Siebel projects. * Extensive knowledge of Siebel Call Center and Contact Management Functionality. * At least 3-5 years of Siebel Configuration experience. * Can gather and develop system requirements, use cases, design Documents, and test cases with limited or no supervision. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Effective planning, problem solving and analytical skills. * Candidate must be able to work in a highly diverse, fast-paced Environment. * Ability to work independently as well as with a team. * Experience in the Health Care and Insurance industry is Preferable. * Certification in Siebel 8.x is preferable. * Campaign Manager experience is preferred.
