Duration: 6 months Job Overview: Job Description SAP HR Payroll Technical Consultant with strong customer service skills to: • Provide technical and development expertise to the HR/Payroll team • SAP HR Production Support for SAP Payroll • Interact with multiple functional teams across different global locations • Plan, define, and support the delivery of future technical capabilities • Technical design for SAP HR/Payroll (i.e. requirements, gap analysis, and design documentation(technical specifications)) • Resolve daily operational application defects and perform root-cause analysis Required Skills Minimum of 6 years SAP HR ABAP experience • Strong development skills in: 1. HR ABAP development in a payroll environment including interfaces, user exits, custom functions and operations for RPCALC, RPCIPO, results tables and cluster databases, other enhancements etc. 2. Function module development 3. Custom Infotypes and tables 4. Payroll, Tax, and Finance Interface support 5. ABAP Dictionary 6. Job Scheduling 7. File Transfers and custom loads into SAP 8. LSMW 9. Workflow, emails, forms 10. HR Support Packs 11.
