Location: *Chandler , AZ *
Job Description: We are looking for a contractor to join the SharePoint
Enterprise Support and Engineering team. The team is responsible for the
design, support and marketing of the SharePoint application. The position
will involve the engineering, design, operation and implementation of the
MOSS 2007 application and ancillary components. Applicants should be
self-starters and have excellent written and oral communications skills.
Applicants should also have excellent troubleshooting skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Thorough knowledge MOSS 2007 administration and configuration.
* Expert in using MOSS 2007 products and technologies.
* Must know all facets of MOSS 2007, including:
-Creating and managing site
-Collections, creating managing and using SharePoint lists
-Search, Knowledge of SharePoint APIs and SDKs
-Experience deploying solutions and features, that deploy to the bin
folder
-Expert in troubleshooting MOSS 2007 issues
-Interpersonal skills to communicate with and instruct end users on MOSS
2007 products and technologies
-Familiar with Bamboo Calendar and other 3rd Party MOSS 2007 Software
-Familiar with using SharePoint as a knowledge system
-Ability to evaluate and test 3rd Party MOSS 2007 solutions and features
Preferred Qualifications (Not required):
* Familiar with IIS 6 and Windows Server 2003
* Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and SQL 2005 Reporting
Services
* Experience with Microsoft System Center Operations Manger 2007
* Experience with Office Communications Server and or Project Server a
plus as opportunities may arise to work with these technologies
