*Job Description:*
This position is part of a team that provides security services and
information risk management support for our global offices. Specifically,
this team acts as a control group to ensure that security operations
procedures are performed and all risks are mitigated or remediated.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Executive Dashboard Reporting of Key Risk Indicators
Project Management for the Controlled Access to Information program
Patch Management Program Management and Reporting
In addition, the IRM PMO will provide transparency and reporting
for several new initiatives including End Point Security, AXA Metrics
program and File Share entitlement management
Project Management of security control/countermeasure
implementation and enhancement
Project Management of enhancements to the formal service request
system to streamline Information Security review and reporting
Workflow and process improvement
Knowledge of Information Security and Risk Management principles a
plus
*TECHNICAL SKILLS:*
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
Technical four year degree, Masters preferred
Five+ years of experience working as part of a Project Management
Office
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and provide executive
reporting
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, multi-task, take
ownership of problems and resolve conflicts.
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior
business and IT executives.
Strong work ethic and team player
Excellent business communication skills (written, verbal and
presentation skills).
MS SharePoint, InfoPath and C++ development skills desirable
Platform: Client/Server, Intel, Other, Web
