Has a strong software development knowledge using a variety of technologies. Works with peers, senior staff and business analysts to create project specification and determine implementation details. c.. Performs risk/benefit and feasibility analysis on potential future projects. d.. Expected to participate in complete project lifecycle up to and including project completion. e.. Participates in the development of software user manuals. f.. May act as a team leader on less complex projects. Assist in training less experienced software development staff. g.. Ability to work well within a team as well as provide 24X7 support on rotating pager duty is essential.
