Under general direction, formulates and defines system design. Working with customers, prepare detailed specifications from which the SAP CRM application will be constructed. Analyze business related issues to formulate and develop new or modified solutions. Develop functional specifications, design specifications, test plans, and security requirements. Key technical contributor or project leader on major project involving multi-site personnel. Assist customer in defining work processes and system requirements. Identify areas where systems solutions will meet the customer needs. Typically requires a B.A. Or B.S.
