Duration: 5 months Location: Maple Grove, MN Job Description: Business Analysts have primary accountability for providing client support and consultation on the development of business requirements in the design and delivery of IT solutions; elicit needs for basic to complex business and technical issues, translate and document needs into understandable requirements, and manage scope and solution design to those requirements; work collaboratively with Enterprise Architecture to deliver best possible requirements solutions by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of business strategies, products, functions and processes, along with current and emerging IT products, services and methodologies; understand the goals and risks associated with the business and technical requirements and offer counsel on risk mitigation and the alignment of requirements with objectives; demonstrate a team orientation by working closely and effectively with customers, development teams and outside services; demonstrate solid skills in the use of business analysis tools and methodologies. Facilitate brainstorming sessions and meetings and follow-up on action items. Assist project manager with the development of project plans, resource estimates, risk mitigation, and project status reports. This project involves several enhancements to our agent commission systems.
