Position: Project Manager – Hyperion
Duration : 6 months + Rate: DOE/Market Location: Secaucus, NJ Positions: 2 Job Description: *1. Project description * [Global Financial Transformation project is implementing a new global Planning and Budgeting tool for the Finance organization ] *2. Please give a high level explanation of the application or technology that this candidate would work.* [Oracle Hyperion Planning Microsoft SQL Server MSIS/MSAS/MSRS] *3.* *Description of day to day tasks (please be as descriptive as possible).* [*Working with clients to help them design, implement and support Global financial consolidation and reporting solutions leveraging a package implementation - preferably Oracle Hyperion HFM * Ability to understand the consolidation, planning, and finance based planning and budgeting business requirements * Creating detailed project plans, timelines, task lists, charters, risk logs, resource management to manage the project * Work in a highly matrixed organization with the ability to reach out to multiple stakeholders to get the job done * Technical know how around Hyperion architecture/configuration/customization/data mappings, validation rules and data loads * Lead the QA effort and QA gates for Hyperion planning implementation * Expertise with Hyperion installation, infrastructure requirements * Expertise with Hyperion administration tasks and post production activities * Communicating effectively with IT resources, client executives, finance resources * Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, capability to mitigate conflicts and find solutions, strong desire to see clients succeed * Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment or in a solo role] *4.
