Job Description:
This person needs to be able to examine, assess, troubleshoot and document
issues related to systems and applications. This person will also provide
support to applications in production by tracking production problems and
troubleshooting them to sustain applications in production. Will be
responsible for working with the business to draft business requirements and
working with technology to create and design technical specification
documents. Will also be responsible for participating in User Acceptance
Testing and have the ability to write test cases when necessary. Will need
to participate in meetings and projects with business and developers to
automate, upgrade and/or expand application functionality.
Will also be responsible for participating in User Acceptance Testing and
have the ability to write test cases and/or execute test scripts when
necessary
Experience:
*Looking for someone with Mortgage Servicing experience and has either
participated in UAT, written test cases or has experience in writing
business requirements. They need to have strong analytical skills and be
detail oriented.*
